Select “Pay Bills” on the kiosk screen
Find the eTap kiosk nearest you using our kiosk locator. Once at our kiosk, select “Pay Bills” to proceed.
Select your biller category, your biller, and input your information.se the wallet and put your information
Make sure you put in accurate details like your name, number, and more.
Confirmation all transaction details.
Wait for the digital receipt page and Wait for the digital receipt page and you’re done!
What do I do if my eTap transaction failed?
Double-check your complete transaction details!
Make sure you sent your money to the right number, biller and amount.
Scan the QR code that you can find on every eTap machine!

Chat the official eTap or eTap Cares Facebook page and click ‘Get Started’
This will direct you to our special assistant Tappy, who will ask you to choose between tracking a concern’s status or filing a complaint.
Follow Tappy’s instructions
Tappy will ask for your details such as name, number, transaction number, date and time of transaction, and more.
Wait for Tappy to transfer you to a live agent
Tappy will transfer you to an eTap employee ready to help you out!
